Ask an Opportunity Advisor.

On average, how much of my paycheck should go to retirement?
Averages work on paper, but not in real life – so I want to see you step forward from where you are. If you’re putting in 0%, let’s start with 2% and see how that feels. Six months later, maybe we can bump it up.
How do Wings advisors get paid?
First and foremost, we’re paid a salary by the Credit Union. We’re full-time employees (as well as members), with benefits and regular paychecks. The Credit Union did this so our members would feel comfortable coming in to meet with us, as we don’t need to sell high-commission products to put food on the table.
What is the advantage of a mutual fund?*
The advantage of a mutual fund is that you get professional management from a manager or multiple managers and a team of analysts that are researching stocks or bonds and determining when to buy or sell those securities.
I am thinking of switching my assets to Wings Financial Advisors. Why should I?
I generally recommend consolidating where possible, and there are a number of reasons why: to simplify by having a single company to work with versus several, to manage risk and reward better, and to potentially reduce fees.
Should I have stocks, bonds, or both?
As a general rule of thumb, the younger you are, the more you should have in stocks, then add bonds as you are approaching retirement.

Pleased to meet you!
